Aluminum Corporation of China announced the immediate resignation of Mr. Ye Guohua as the chairman of the Supervisory Committee and a shareholder representative supervisor due to work re-arrangement. The company assures that his departure will not affect their operations or management and plans to promptly appoint a successor in compliance with relevant regulations.
