Aluminum of China Limited has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 1,882,319 restricted shares not yet unlocked from 41 participants under its 2021 Restricted Share Incentive Scheme due to changes in participant circumstances. The company will adjust the repurchase price and buy back the shares, including added interest, from participants who have retired or otherwise terminated their employment due to reasons such as job adjustments not controlled by the individual.
