Alumina Limited has announced that Alcoa Corporation’s preliminary results for the second quarter of 2024 have been released, with final results expected around July 17, 2024. As Alumina Limited prepares for an upcoming shareholders’ meeting, these preliminary figures are subject to change upon quarter-end closing. Additionally, Alumina Limited is moving forward with a transaction for Alcoa to acquire all outstanding shares of Alumina, as detailed in the previously released Scheme Booklet.
