Alumina Limited has announced that its Scheme Booklet, detailing the proposed acquisition of Alumina by Alcoa Corporation, has been registered with ASIC and is now available to shareholders. The Independent Expert has deemed the buyout offer fair and in shareholders’ best interests, absent a better proposal. Shareholders are urged to review the Scheme Booklet and vote on the Scheme at the upcoming meeting scheduled for 18 July 2024.
