Alumina Limited has announced a Scheme Meeting regarding the acquisition of all its shares by Alcoa Corporation through a scheme of arrangement. Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting in person or online to discuss the proposal and vote on the acquisition. Results of the vote will be made public following the conclusion of the meeting.
