Altona Rare Earths PLC is expanding its portfolio by acquiring an 85% interest in the Sesana Copper-Silver project in Botswana, known for its potential for copper-silver mineralization. The company also announced board changes, including the departure of Audrey Mothupi and the appointment of Kristoffer Andersson. A General Meeting is scheduled for 20 August 2024 to discuss the company’s advancements and strategy.
