Alto Metals Limited has announced the registration of the Scheme Booklet with ASIC, detailing the proposed acquisition of the company by Brightstar Resources Limited. Shareholders are advised to review the booklet, which includes an Independent Expert’s Report concluding the deal is reasonable, and to vote on the scheme at the upcoming meeting on November 19, 2024. The directors of Alto unanimously recommend the approval of the scheme, urging shareholders to vote in favor, provided no better proposal emerges.
