Altius Renewable Royalties Finalizes Acquisition Deal

Altius Renewable Royalties (TSE:ARR) has released an update.

Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. has completed a plan of arrangement with Northampton Capital Partners, resulting in the acquisition of all common shares of ARR, except those held by Altius Minerals Corporation. Following this transaction, ARR’s shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
