Altium Limited has announced that all necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained for its acquisition by Renesas Electronics Corporation. The Altium Board has unanimously recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the arrangement, with a shareholder meeting scheduled for July 12, 2024, to decide on the matter. If approved, the acquisition is set to be implemented on August 1, 2024.
