Altium Limited has announced a court date for the potential approval of its acquisition by Renesas Electronics, set for 18 July 2024, subject to shareholder approval at an earlier meeting. Shareholders wishing to oppose the scheme must follow the prescribed process, with further details available in the Scheme Booklet and through Altium’s Shareholder Information Line for any questions.
