Altium Limited has officially announced the completion of its acquisition by Renesas Electronics, with the scheme of arrangement now legally effective. Trading of Altium’s shares on the ASX will be suspended after the market closes today, and shareholders will receive A$68.50 per share on August 1, 2024. This acquisition marks a significant transition for the multinational software corporation known for its electronics design systems.
