The company has applied for a Management Cease Trade Order to prevent its CEO and CFO from trading company securities until the financial documents are filed, which is expected to be by August 30, 2024. In the meantime, Altiplano remains operational, focusing on its mining activities in the Americas and has no undisclosed material information.
