Alternus Clean Energy Green Bonds Maturity Extended

Alternus Clean Energy (ALCE) has released an update.

Solis Bond Company, an Irish subsidiary of the Company, issued €200 million green bonds that were due in 2024. The trustee extended the maturity date and waived certain repayment conditions, allowing partial repayments from asset divestiture proceeds. Solis announced its intention to repay €59.1 million of the bonds, funded by asset sales in Italy and Poland, with the settlement expected on February 14, 2024.
