An announcement from Alternus Clean Energy (ALCE) is now available.
Joseph E. Duey has stepped down as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, with his resignation effective from April 30, 2024. He will remain as a part-time consultant until the end of May to aid in the transition. Duey’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or practices, and he plans to explore interests outside of the renewable energy sector. In the interim, CEO Vincent Browne will cover the CFO role as the company searches for Duey’s successor. The majority stockholder, Alternus Energy Group, has publicly announced Duey’s departure.
