Alternative Income REIT PLC has announced a new annual dividend target of 6.2 pence per share for the year ending June 2025, marking a 5.1% increase from the previous year. The company’s resilient portfolio, fully-let with index-linked rent reviews, contributed to a 2.5% NAV total return for the quarter ended September 2024. This strong performance is supported by a 9.8% rise in share price, reflecting a decreased discount to NAV.
