Alternative Income REIT Plc (GB:AIRE) has released an update.
Alternative Income REIT PLC, a UK commercial property asset company, has announced a change of their registered office to The Scalpel, London. The company, which focuses on long lease properties with index-linked rent reviews, is managed by Martley Capital Real Estate Investment Management Ltd, overseeing assets worth approximately £900 million.
