ALTEN SA Expands with Worldgrid Acquisition

ALTEN SA (FR:ATE) has released an update.

ALTEN SA has signed an agreement to acquire Worldgrid from Atos, enhancing its presence in the energy and utilities sector. Worldgrid, which employs nearly 1,100 people and generated approximately 170 million euros in 2023, will ensure service continuity for its clients and employees. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by the end of 2024.
