ALTEN SA reports a moderate organic growth of 0.9% for the first half of 2024, with a slight increase in operational activity margin in France, despite international declines due to economic difficulties in Germany and the UK. The company has also made two international acquisitions and is in exclusive talks to acquire Worldgrid, which is expected to close by year-end. Despite facing project postponements in Europe, ALTEN anticipates a full-year organic growth between 0.5% and 1%, with an operational activity margin forecasted to be between 8.7% and 8.9%.
