Altech Batteries Limited is set to raise $8,552,860 through a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, issuing one new share for every eight held at $0.04, plus additional options. The offer, partially underwritten by MAA Group Berhad for $5,000,000, aims to fund ongoing battery project costs. Shareholders outside specified countries are ineligible to participate due to regulatory and cost considerations.
