Altech Batteries Ltd has announced a new securities issue, planning to offer over 106 million options and 213 million ordinary shares to be available by September 3, 2024. The options, priced at $0.06, have an expiry date of December 31, 2025. This move is intended to expand the financial base of the company, with the offer opening and closing dates set for August 2024.
