Altareit Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Altareit SA (FR:AREIT) has released an update.

At the recent mixed general meeting, Altareit shareholders approved the fiscal year 2023 accounts, the future compensation policy for corporate officers, and statutory auditors’ appointments. The company also passed resolutions to update its statutes and renew financial authorizations for management. Notably, the management and Supervisory Board have agreed to substantial reductions in their remuneration for solidarity.
