Altareit SA, a subsidiary of the Altarea Group and the second-largest residential developer in France, continues to expand its low-carbon urban transformation with a diversified real estate portfolio and new investments. The company recently acquired Prejeance Industrial, enhancing its capabilities in rooftop photovoltaic projects and expanding its environmental initiatives. Despite ongoing legal proceedings with Primonial, Altareit maintains a positive outlook with no financial reserves recorded and expects a substantive judgment in early 2025.
