Altarea shareholders approved the 2023 financial statements, ratified a €8 per share dividend with a 75% share payment option, and endorsed executive remunerations and corporate policy for 2024. They also appointed Mazars and Ernst & Young for sustainability certification, made statutory amendments, and reaffirmed financial authorizations for management.
