Altarea announced the detachment of its 2023 dividend, with shareholders receiving €8 per share, totaling €168,884,940.56, after the June 5, 2024, general assembly resolution. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend entirely in cash or 25% in cash and 75% in Altarea shares, with the payment scheduled for July 5, 2024.
