Altarea has expanded its focus on renewable energy by acquiring Prejeance Industrial, a French company that specializes in rooftop photovoltaic projects for agriculture, with a current capacity of 42 MWp and 400 MWp in development. The deal, valued at around 140 million euros, will enhance Altarea’s strategic roadmap for photovoltaic installations in France and will be reflected in the Group’s accounts from the second half of 2024.
