Altarea has announced that its shareholders have opted for a 75% dividend payment in shares for 2023, at an issue price of 84.47 euros per share, resulting in a capital increase of over 16 million euros. The dividend will be distributed on July 5, 2024, with both cash and new shares, which will be tradable on Euronext Paris. Altarea is recognized as a leading company in low-carbon urban transformation in France and is listed on Euronext Paris.
