Altamira Gold Corp. has recently announced the discovery of new porphyritic rock outcrops within its Cajueiro project in Brazil, suggesting a larger-than-expected porphyry-style gold mineralization system. This discovery, which includes highly altered rocks and characteristic quartz veining, indicates promising new targets for future drilling and expands the potential of the Cajueiro district beyond the initial Maria Bonita discovery.
