Altamin Limited has announced that Geraint Harris ceased to be a director of the company as of April 30, 2024. Despite holding no registered securities at the time of his departure, Harris had significant interests in the company, including over 13 million shares and various vested and unvested options with expiration dates ranging from September 2024 to November 2028.
