AltaGas Ltd. has announced the pricing of an additional $250 million in 5.597% Medium Term Notes due in 2054, bringing the total outstanding principal amount to $500 million. The offering is set to close around July 9, 2024, with the aim to use the net proceeds to repay the amounts drawn on its syndicated credit facility. The securities are being distributed through a syndicate of investment dealers in Canada.
