Alta Copper Corp. has announced a Cdn.$2.5 million non-brokered private financing round with Fortescue’s subsidiary to support its Cañariaco copper project in Peru. This strategic investment, set to increase Fortescue’s share ownership to 34%, aims to fund working capital and advance the project amidst challenging capital market conditions.
