Alta Copper Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising Cdn$2.5 million through the issuance of common shares to support its Cañariaco copper project in Peru. The financing, which was conducted at a premium to the market price, will fund the advancement of the project’s drill permit application and community engagement initiatives. The company emphasizes the strategic importance of this funding in progressing the development of one of the largest copper deposits in the Americas not owned by a major.
