Alta Copper Corp. has undergone a major board reconstitution, appointing Dr. Robert J. McDonald and saying farewell to three key members, including founder Joanne C. Freeze who will remain as a consultant. The reshuffle, prompted by discussions with Fortescue Ltd., is expected to accelerate the development of Alta Copper’s Cañariaco Project, one of the largest copper deposits in the Americas.
