Alta Copper AGM Concludes with Key Approvals

Candente Copper (TSE:ATCU) has released an update.

Alta Copper Corp. successfully held its Annual General Meeting in Vancouver, with over half of its outstanding shares represented, passing all motions including the appointment of Kreston GTA LLP as auditors, the adoption of a new Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, and setting the number of Directors at seven. The election of the company’s Directors was also achieved with strong support from the shareholders.
