Alstom SA has secured a significant contract to deliver 12 Avelia Horizon very high-speed trains to Proxima, including a 15-year maintenance agreement, with the order valued at nearly 850 million euros. The delivery of these state-of-the-art, double-decker trains capable of exceeding 300 km/h is set to begin in 2028, which will enhance the high-speed rail connectivity across key French cities.
