Alstom SA Appoints New Chairman Amid Leadership Shuffle

Alstom SA (FR:ALO) has released an update.

Alstom SA has announced the appointment of Philippe Petitcolin to its Board of Directors, replacing the resigning Jay Walder until the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024. Petitcolin is slated to become Chairman of the Board when the company separates the roles of Chairman and CEO at the same meeting. This change in leadership comes as Alstom continues to focus on sustainable transportation solutions and boasts a global presence in 63 countries.
