Alstom SA has secured a €800 million contract to provide 103 new generation MF19 metro trains to modernize the Paris metro network. These state-of-the-art trains, funded entirely by Île-de-France Mobilités, will enhance passenger comfort and safety on lines 13, 12, and 8 starting from 2027. This order extends the 2019 agreement for up to 410 trainsets, affirming the confidence in Alstom’s commitment to eco-responsible and innovative transport solutions.
