Alstom has secured a €430 million deal to supply 10 Aventra electric trains and maintenance for London’s Elizabeth line until 2046. The demand for the Elizabeth line has surpassed expectations, necessitating additional trains to be manufactured at Alstom’s Derby facility, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the UK as a key market.
