Alset International Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors and Nominating Committee, effective May 1, 2024, following the retirement of Mr. Tao Yeoh Chi. Mr. Tang Yeng Yuen will step in as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and join the Nominating Committee, while the company seeks a new Independent Non-Executive Director to maintain compliance with governance codes.
