This move aims to enhance corporate value and focus on core businesses, believing that Delta Electronics’s leadership in power supply products and economies of scale will help maximize growth opportunities. The transfer aligns with Alps Alpine’s goal to achieve a P/B ratio of 1x or more by FY2027.
