Alps Alpine Co. has corrected their previously disclosed notices regarding the transfer of their Power Inductor Business to Delta Electronics (Japan), Inc. The corrections pertain to the company’s aim to achieve a P/B ratio of 1x or more by FY2026, a year earlier than previously stated. This is part of their third medium-term management plan commencing in the next fiscal year.
