Alphawave IP Group PLC has announced the successful passage of a resolution in its recent general meeting, allowing amendments to the rules of various employee share plans. The resolution received overwhelming support with 84.04% voting in favor, demonstrating strong shareholder approval. The changes will affect shares issued under awards granted before the cut-off date of 23 September 2024.
