Alphawave IP Group PLC has announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with the majority of shareholders voting in favor of the proposed actions including director elections and share-related authorizations. Despite some dissent, notably on the Rule 9 Waiver Resolution, the board plans to continue dialogue with shareholders to address their concerns. The board also reaffirms its belief that share buybacks are advantageous for shareholders at current price levels.
