Alphamin Resources Grants Stock Options and SAR Shares

Alphamin Resources Corp. has announced the grant of stock options for 5,900,000 common shares to its subsidiary’s employees and directors, with a substantial portion vesting over two years and the remainder over three. Additionally, the company has issued 2,100,000 SAR Equivalent Shares to two senior officers, with dividends payable based on performance over the next three years.
