Alphamin Resources has announced the award of stock options and SAR Equivalent Shares to employees and senior officers, subject to regulatory approval. The stock options allow employees to acquire common shares at C$1.10, with a seven-year term and a three-year vesting period. Senior officers receive SAR Equivalent Shares, which are linked to dividend payments over three years.
