Alpha Group International PLC has announced a leadership transition with CEO Morgan Tillbrook set to step down on December 31, 2024, after a 15-year tenure. He will be succeeded by current Chairman Clive Kahn, known for his successful scaling of financial services companies, from January 1, 2025. Kahn’s appointment aligns with his recent divestment from takepayments and his commitment to significantly increase his equity stake in Alpha.
