Alpha Exploration Ltd. has launched a $6.0 million brokered private placement of ordinary shares to fund its exploration and development projects in Eritrea, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. The placement, managed by co-lead agents Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp., is set to close by July 30, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
