Alpha Exploration Ltd. (TSE:ALEX) has released an update.

Alpha Exploration Ltd. successfully closed the second tranche of its private placement, raising an additional $2,670,090.60 at $0.70 per unit for their Kerkasha Project in Eritrea, totaling $6,850,090.60. Investors received shares and half-warrants, with each full warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $1.05 for 24 months. The new securities are subject to a four-month hold period as per securities law.
