Alpha Copper Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $611,000 through the sale of units at $0.13 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are intended for general working capital, property commitments, and payables. The offering is contingent on customary conditions and the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
