Almonty Industries Inc. (TSE:AII) has released an update.

Almonty Industries Inc. has announced plans to extend the expiration date of 700,000 insider share purchase warrants and an additional 714,285 warrants, both by one year, subject to necessary approvals. The insider warrants held by key insiders are set for extension with disinterested shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. This adjustment is part of a related party transaction, but falls within exemption limits of market cap regulations.
