Almonty Industries Inc. has secured an additional A$1.9 million in funding through a placement of 3 million Chess Depository Interests Units at A$0.62 each, with options exercisable at A$0.84 within 24 months. This capital injection is aimed at bolstering the company’s working capital and covering offer costs, pending regulatory approvals. The placement was managed by RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd, which received a 6% commission fee.
